Kettelhack participates in the Partnership Initiative to strengthen internal factory grievance mechanisms in Pakistan. The aim of the cooperation project between Fairtrade Germany, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and member companies of the Textile Partnership is to improve internal complaints structures at Pakistani suppliers.
The planned measures include raising awareness among management on how to deal with complaints, as well as training for workers on their rights and on how to use grievance mechanisms.
