Meticulous selection
Our starting point is the end result: Fabric with bespoke features – exactly how our customers want it. The best possible basis for hard-wearing workwear or durable bed linen, always in the usual quality and exactly the same colour. Our selection process is equally meticulous.
We exclusively process high-quality raw fabric made of long-staple fibre materials, whether cotton, polyester or lyocell. We procure a third of our grey fabric from virtually next door: from those spinning mills and weaving mills that joined our company in 2011 and are just two roller shutters away. We purchase other fabrics, especially from combed ring-spun yarns, predominantly from Asian production facilities.
Whether they’re far away or next door – we know each of our suppliers very well. This is ensured, above all, by our local partners: Textile agents also find suitable producers that match our quality expectations.
Made for Kettelhack – thanks to our high standards, this has become a coveted seal of quality for many raw fabric suppliers.
After all, anyone who wants to work with us must be able to show and prove all sorts of aspects of environmental protection, and in terms of social standards. We see this in black and white. Only once we are impressed with the sample do we place an order. This way we guarantee almost 100 percent of the time that we will get exactly what we ordered. GRI 302–1
